Every user profile consists of a number of important pieces of information, including;

  • User image/photo.
  • Basic personal information, such as date of birth and name.
  • Contact information.
  • A unique username.
  • Basic employment information, such as an employee code and position.
  • An access level.

As well as more advanced information, such as;

  • Next of kin information.
  • Medical insurance details.

Some of this information is created when adding a user, but the majority of it is uploaded by the user themselves when using Knack.






Viewing Your Profile

You can view your profile from one of several different places;

  • By clicking or tapping on your name at the top left.
  • By opening the main menu users > manage > view profile.

Doing this will open up your profile details view, which shows your basic profile information along with your detailed information. You also have the option to generate a timesheet.

Updating Your Profile

You can update your profile by;

Editing your profile allows you to make changes to information such as;

  • Your personal information.
  • You contact information.

You cannot edit your own username, position or access level. Only another user with access level 4 or more can complete these actions.

Changing Your Password

You can change your password by;

Once you have changed your password, you will receive an email to confirm the change.

Ensure that your email address is correct to be notified of password changes.
