Timers Timesheets

You can access task timers at any time though the timer floating nav item

Opening the timer list will give you the option of adding a new timer. You can add a timer from any task that is assigned to you.

Adding a timer will log the time you worked against the task.

The timer will not stop when the allocated time runs out.

Timesheets

Once users record times against tasks, you can generate a timesheet for any combination of;

  • Dates
  • Clients
  • Users

Timesheets can be generated by either;

  • Viewing the user profile > generate timesheet.
  • From the main menu > users> manage > view timesheet.

You can also schedule timesheets to be generated and sent automatically using Knack Automation.
