Starting a small business is tough. For most of us, we have to work the side hustle while we have full time jobs - maybe even kids and other responsibilities to deal with. So how do you juggle all of these responsibilities and still make a success of your business?
Start by understanding everything. Yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, and those of your business. Most importantly, understand that it's a long term commitment, and you'll be slugging it out for years.
Before you commit your limited time to your new business, be prepared. Do you research on your new business, refine your ideas, and do market research. This will help you save time and energy once you get off the ground, and avoid the possibility of getting dragged down into a business that doesn't work.
